You can choose between two shipping options: delivery to a parcel locker and home delivery. We offer free shipping for delivery to parcel lockers.

If your package is not collected before the deadline, it will automatically be returned to us. Please send us an email with your order number, and we will provide you with a payment link for the new shipping cost. Once we have received the returned package and registered your payment, we will resend your order.

Yes, it is possible to engrave both sides of certain jewelry pieces. However, please note that additional fees may apply for double-sided engraving.

Yes, you can include symbols and emojis in the engraving. When customizing the product on the product page, you can select symbols from our symbol options by clicking the emoji button.

Please note that if you use emojis from external sources, the appearance of the emoji may vary, and the delivery time may be extended by up to 7–12 days.

We offer free engraving of text and coordinates on all our jewelry. However, if you would like to have a drawing or your own handwriting engraved, or if you require double-sided engraving, a small additional fee will apply.

If you prefer a piece of jewelry without the personal touch of engraving, that's absolutely fine. You can either skip the engraving step or write "Without Engraving" in the text field.

It’s important to note that the text generally cannot be changed once the order has been placed. Therefore, we strongly recommend double-checking the text carefully before completing your purchase.

If you do notice an error after placing your order, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will do our best to find a solution, but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made, as we may not process emails in time before the jewelry is created and shipped.

Our custom-made jewelry with engraving, coordinates, or other unique personalizations is specially created for you and, therefore, cannot be returned, as it cannot be resold.

If you have purchased a standard piece of jewelry without personalization, you are welcome to return it as long as you contact us within 14 days. You can easily reach out to us via the contact form on our website or send us an email, and we will assist you with the process.

When returning an item, please note that there will be a return shipping fee. We recommend contacting us first so we can find the best solution for you.

Once we have received and approved your return, we will refund the amount to the payment method you used at checkout. After the refund is processed, it may take 1-3 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your chosen payment method and your bank’s processing time.
